Really helpful,friendly and professional staff.I booked a ear wax removal procedure over the phone and had an instant email of my booking.The ear wax removal procedure was carried out professionally and thoroughly, and i was informed throughout the process,I payed £45 for the one ear and had to return back 5 days later to have the rest of the wax removed at no extra cost.I had a free follow up appointment with gareth ,a week later to check out my ears ,to ensure all was fine.

The pharmacist was super helpful with getting the medication I needed and helped with advising me about the stop smoking programme. The receptionist and other staff were very organised, and helpful. Went in needing one thing, came out with lots of options and treatments 😊 Highly reccomend!
